I usually don't have the patience or the time for computer games. So due to the obvious lack of gaming, I also suck at it. But recently my brother got a new fighting game. A 2D-game based on some anime called Tsukihime (Moon Princess). Now... I'm not unaware of the fact that this Tsukihime used to be H-rated (Hentai rated, meaning including adult content - usually animated pornography), but the game isn't. It might be, but since the storyboard is all in Japanese, I don't get it. Later on, they made an anime-series out of Tsukihime, since the game became an all-time favorite. I don't know what rating the series got, but it's probably far from kid-friendly. It's all about vampires and stuff too, so monsters and blood and sex are practically expected. I haven't seen the anime though, so I can't tell for sure.

Anyways, I really like the game - Melty Blood. It suits me, since I don't have the time for RPG games, and therefore never gave Final Fantasy a shot. But I like Melty Blood to the extent that I actually play it by myself, not only VS my little brother. And when I do play against him, I actually WIN sometimes =D

I seem to have a knack at playing as Ren. Ren (or Len) is Tsukihimes (the blond vampire with a strange German-ringing name) cat-familiar. She also takes the form of a young girl in black clothes with long purple hair tied up in a black ribbon (there also seems to be a opportunity in the game to play against White-Ren who doesn't seem to show up in the series, but I like the black one better). I really like Ren, and the pictures in this post are the best ones I could find (shamelessly "borrowed" from over the net). She's cute and wears black and her haircolour is the same as the wig I had during the cosplay theme-day last summer, when I sold manga (Japanese comics) dressed like a cat-maid. The thing with Ren is, she looks sweet and innocent. Then I found out her only appearance in the anime is when she grants the male-lead a dream of a sexual encounter, since she not only is a spirit familiar, she seems to be some kind of succubus! Talk about deceiving looks, haha! Well, if I ever cosplay again, I'll probably go as Ren, her outfits cute too, so I could just wear it to town or something if I ever feel like it.
